It was just a good pick for a passing visit in Rome with good price value. The room was spacious, and I enjoyed the powerful shower after a long day exploring. Make sure to close the lift doors properly or you might find yourself taking the stairs.

Just a stone's throw from the Colosseum! The room was modern, clean, and had a powerful shower. Federico was super helpful, sorting out issues quickly. Only downside was the street noise, which could get a bit loud at night.

The fresh sandwiches at Il Tempio di Iside were unreal, and the authentic meals at Cottura Zero Gradi topped them off! Plus, the air conditioning in our room was a lifesaver in the summer heat.

This accommodation is a 2-minute walk from the Colosseum, which made sightseeing incredibly convenient. The room was spacious and very clean, complete with a fridge and a kettle for morning tea. Federico welcomed us warmly during check-in, and the shower pressure was excellent. However, the room’s decor felt somewhat basic despite being new. I encountered some noise from the street, especially at night, which might disturb light sleepers. The building's exterior is a bit uninviting due to graffiti and large metal fences, which could make first impressions less favorable. The window shutters effectively blocked street light, but the overall atmosphere felt less cozy due to the stark entrance. Just a heads up, the lift can be tricky to use since it requires closing both doors. this wasn’t clear in the check-in instructions. Overall, I appreciated the comfort of the room and the central location but felt there could be improvements in terms of building aesthetics and clarity in accommodation details.

The accommodation is ideally situated just a 2-minute walk from the Colosseum and other significant archaeological sites. Check-in was smooth thanks to the welcoming Federico. The room was spacious, modern, and meticulously clean, equipped with a fridge and kettle. The powerful shower and reliable Wi-Fi added to the comfort, while window shutters effectively blocked out street light. Nearby amenities, including restaurants and a supermarket, enhanced convenience.
Some traffic noise due to the central location.

The location is prime, just a two-minute walk from major archaeological sites, perfect for exploration. The shower pressure is exceptional, giving a refreshing end to long days of sightseeing.
The room cleanliness left a lot to be desired. there were remnants of previous occupants like hair on surfaces and questionable cleanliness on the bathroom door. Several amenities in the room were broken, including little tables that didn't hold up well, and some electrical plugs were out of order.

We stayed with our family of four and loved the amazing location just a short walk from the Colosseum. Federico was incredibly welcoming, and we appreciated the cleanliness and well-equipped kitchen for family meals. The hustle and bustle of Rome was right at our doorstep!
For dads, it would be great to have better noise isolation.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The place is just a two-minute walk from major sites, like the Colosseum and the Forum Romanum. Federico was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The room is clean and spacious, perfect for relaxing after sightseeing. There's even a fridge. Definitely check out nearby cafes for breakfast.
However, the water quality wasn't great for us, and it had a peculiar taste. Having bottled water provided was a nice touch, but we wished the on-tap water was more palatable.
